Quantech Machining owns 21 CNC machine centers including 1 UMC750 5 axis machine 1ea. 4th axis horizontal with pallet changer for high production runs and 2ea. Veritical machines with full 4th axis capability.  We also have 1ea. 84" x 144" gantry mill for larger parts like bulkheads and large panels.  We also have 16 other vertical CNC mills with various other capabilities.

Quantech Machining is very experience with assemblies from the most complex to simple rivets and nutplates.  When testing is a requirement Quantech Machining will make sure all testing is done to requirements and that our customer is satisfied that assemblies function correctly.

Quantech has 5 CNC turning centers.  We can turn up to 22" diameter parts and 36" length capability Our programmers are top end programmers that are very experienced with all turning jobs from small actuation barrels and pistons up to landing gear pistons and barrels.  Also very experienced with poppets and valve seats.
